I have went through Handout 6 in their Write Right booklet (Term 2). They need to go home and write the composition in the booklet itself. This is also the PTM online homework instructions for English tomorrow. They need to write in the booklet and hand it up after the June holidays.
I have went through the first few parts and exercise 1 of the Speak Well booklet. You can get them to practise reading aloud of some of the passages there to you and you try to give them some comments on their readings based on the 3 criteria (pronounciation & articulation, rhythm & fluency, expressiveness). You can also converse with your boys based on the prompts/questions given them. Get them to elaborate instead of just giving you two sentences. You can refer to examples in there.Please use that as revision for oral during the June holidays. Bring it back after that.
Their EL brown file has been returned to them. Please sign content pg (No. 23 to 26), unit 9 and 10 LS. Bring back after the June holidays.
I have also returned their Grammar book for revision. Bring it back after the June holidays.

Re: Admin & English (22nd May)
Dear Parents,
I have returned their yellow writing file to them for revision today. They only need to bring it back after the June holidays. Please sign no. 8 and 9 of the content pg of the yellow writing file.
I did not file in the Term 2 Write Right booklet yet as they will still need to do the last composition in the booklet (hard copy) for their PTM online assignment on this coming Friday (26/5) and they only need to submit after the June holidays.
*The English brown file and Write Right booklet will be given to them this Thursday (25/5).
Admin
1) No school tomorrow due to Upper Primary Sports Day
2) For the learning journey on Wednesday (24/5), they will be going to the National Orchid Garden (NOG).
Please bring a small bag containing the things below:
- a clipboard (as they will be doing a worksheet there)
- water bottle
- insect repellent or patches
- cap or umbrella
- raincoat (easier for them to walk around in)
- some small snacks (for them to eat at NOG)
- money for recess in school
- diary
- storybook
